"Roman" is an artist born and raised in Albuquerque, NM - living in Burbank, CA (2001), Seattle, WA (2009) and Cincinnati, OH (2011) influenced her in many ways which come through in her artistic style. Today, a mother, private gallery manager and artist in her free time.
MY STORY
My name is Roman. I began working in the medical field in 2009 as a technician in a pediatric occupational therapy clinic, for ten years I worked my way up the "ladder" with an amazing company, eventually becoming an assistant to the CEO and CFO. In 2019 my life started to take a different direction and while still involved and working within the medical field, I became a gallery assistant at a local art gallery. Today, I am a gallery manager and I absolutely love my job. I currently "work" out of my art studio in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I enjoy adding a unique perspective to my work in order to make each piece memorable, including but not limited to my use of acrylics, carpentry, glitter and rhinestone placement. I have been extremely fortunate to have my dearest loved ones (who are AMAZING artists) guide and facilitate my journey!! I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with fellow artists and am always welcome to new ideas and projects.
